  • 1/3 cup Chicory Root Fiber
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 2 each Bananas ripe

Instructions

  • Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Add chopped fruit and stir.
  • Add alternately the oil, egg whites and water.
  • Stir until combined. (I added two bananas at this point and stirred again.)
  • Bake at 350 for 12ish minutes (i made 1 inch balls and cooked them on parchment paper lined cookie sheets).

Notes

If you can figure out what of the original ingredients
to add or cut down on in order to make them chewy and moist without adding the bananas I sure would love to know!

Mine were good but tasted healthier than the original…and who wants that?!😜.

*** On the batch that came out dry I crumbled and used as “granola” on yogurt.
