Ingredients
- 5 each eggs
- 1/2 cup Half and Half
- 1 1/2 cups Cream
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese (whatever kind you like)
- 1 each Deep Dish Pie Crust
Pre-Cooked Fillings – Choose some of your favorites
- some Sausage
- some Bacon
- some Chicken
- some asparagus
- some onions
- some mushrooms
- some peppers
- some spinach
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 325 Degrees
- Combine Eggs, Cream and Half and Half and whisk in a bowl til smooth
- Sprinkle one cup of any kind of shredded cheese (we use a mixture of different kinds of cheddars) in the bottom of a deep disk uncooked pie shell.
- Layer any herbs you feel like and 1 cup of add-ins (brocoli, ham, bacon, sausage, asparagus, onions, spinach, mushrooms, peppers, etc.)
- Pour the egg and cream mixture into the pie crust. May have a little bit of the mixture left over.
- Bake for 1 hour or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Quiche is normally served warm, so you need to let it sit for about 20-25 minutes before serving.
